Our Journey Begins at Dawn
Summit Trail Coffee started with a simple observation: Denver's outdoor community deserved coffee as bold and adventurous as their spirit. In 2019, what began as a pop-up at trailhead parking lots evolved into our beloved brick-and-mortar home in RiNo.
Founder Sarah Chen, an avid mountaineer and coffee aficionado, noticed fellow hikers settling for mediocre brew before their alpine starts. She knew there had to be a better way—coffee that could match the energy of a Colorado sunrise and fuel adventures both urban and alpine.
Today, we're proud to be RiNo's gathering place for artists, entrepreneurs, and adventurers who understand that life's too short for bad coffee.
